Kelis And Nas Wedding Photos
Hip-hop couple KELIS and NAS surprised guests at their 8 January (05) wedding by serving up their favourite treats including chocolate, champagne - and macaroni and cheese.
The pair had initially opted for a martini bar at the Atlanta, Georgia, wedding bash but planner DIANN (corr) VALENTINE insisted they have some fun and make the food and drinks a talking point.
Valentine, who started her wedding planning business when she was in high school, then created a champagne and chocolate bar featuring four different kinds of champagne and custom-made treats by RALPH LAUREN's chocolatier daughter DYLAN.
She explains, "Kelis loves chocolate and so we had all of these truffles and M+Ms and a chocolate fondue. People loved the champagne and chocolate mix. It worked well.
"Meanwhile, Nas insisted that macaroni and cheese be served because he loves that. I thought, 'Why not?'"
